Honeywell runs series of tests on every holotunnel to ensure high realiabilty of the products. Before export to a specific destination the whole set undergoes a full quality check. The customer is invited to view the final checks.
A concise describtion of the holotrack operation
Scanning from all six sides is secured by the Honeywell holotrack system.
The code identification is performed using the "Q Track" (a Honeywell program).
The detection of several packages placed on each other is secured by the "Simultrack" (a Honeywell program).
The speed is monitored by a Honeywell tachometer.
The presence of a package is detected by a light curtain.
Th complete status is displayed on the PC screen.
