Postup pro reset zaheslovaných terminálů CipherLab CPT-8xxx
In case the System menu of the CipherLab CPT-8xxx terminals is set to a (forgotten) password, without which it is not possible to access the System menu, Kernel menu or Program Manager, it is possible to reset the contents of the terminal using
- Turn off the terminal
- Press 8 + power on
- Press FN+9 to reset
- After the reset is complete, load the fonts, FW and template in the classic way
The CPT-82x0 terminal can also be reset via the kernel menu
- View Kernel Information
- Press FN+9 for 3-5 seconds
