The below steps will explain how to perform a Factory Reset on a Dolphin 7800 and 60s devices:

1. Press and hold "Blue" and "Call" buttons to cold boot the Dolphin.
2. Upon cold boot, when the display returns, type: 1277
3. A little menu will appear showing the reset options. Choose the top option by pressing the number '1' on the keypad.
4. A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. Press the 'ENTER' key on the keypad to proceed or the 'ESC' key to cancel.
