CODEWARE Smartscale - Weighing with application of counting pieces of individual products

The CODEWARE Smartscale application weighs and simultaneously checks the content of what is weighed.

You can log in to the application under different login levels. From the application's database, select the object to be weighed. We place it on the scale and it shows us the measured value.

In case we put several items on the scale, we know by the total weight exactly if the logistics unit contains as many items as there should be in the logistics unit.

For example, we put 6 pieces of a beverage on the scale that is packed in six pieces and the scale evaluates this as okay. If 1 piece of the drink was missing, the application would turn red.

If we can see the number of items in the logistics unit with our eye, we have won and do not need to use the app. But what if we have to find out that there are, for example, 1000 screws in one package (logistic)? Here we would not count, but we would use the CODEWARE application and know that there are indeed 1000 screws in the logistic unit - that is, if the application turns green.

If it turned red, there is a phase where we have to open the (logistics) package and add or subtract until the application turns green.

And some summary in conclusion? So what is the CODEWARE Smartscale app?

It's a weighing application with piece counting for individual products, parts and components. It allows you to predetermine the weight of a crate, but also tare the scale - subtracting the packaging/crate before weighing. It also includes recipe weighing, where you can set up step-by-step weighing. The application allows operator login to identify the person - the weighing operator.

What are its other possible functions?

• Possibility to connect to any scale with RS232 interface and operator login using HF/NFC cards or chips.

• Possibility to import data, images, names, reference weights and online connection to databases.

• Support for direct connection to a label printer with the ability to generate QR codes on packaging.

• Possibility of language mutation according to the logged operator.

• If the quantity is correct, a label can be printed.

So what if I need to modify something in the application or reprogram it for new functions?

Here is the floor for CODEWARE. The application can be customised, supplemented with animations and videos of the technology to make the processes more intuitive, including language mutation for any language.
