Warranty conditions
Find out under what conditions your equipment is covered by the warranty and how to apply for it. We also provide remote assistance and after-sales service.
Warranty repairs, as well as the after-warranty ones, are conducted in the ESD environment. All the repairs are sorted by their types as the standard ones or the non-standard ones. The above-standard contractual repairs are handled preferentially to comply with the contractual terms and the quality of the repair. The avereage time for completition of all the other regular repair is less than 5 days.
