Consent to the processing of personal data and the sending of commercial emails

The consent is granted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter "GDPR"), pursuant to Act No 101 / 2000 Coll., On Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as "ZOOÚ") and pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., On Certain Information Society Services and on Amendments to Certain Acts.

1. You grant this consent to CODEWARE, s.r.o. , registered office: Vratislavova 68/19, Vyšehrad, 128 00 Praha 2, IČ: 61061395, registered in the Public Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 43043 (hereinafter "Administrator"), / 2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"), processed the following personal data: name and surname company name e-mail telephone number.
2. The name, surname, company name, phone number, and e-mail must be processed to register and make purchases at the CODEWARE eshop. These data will be processed by the Administrator for 2 years.
3. You give your explicit consent to the above processing. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or a letter to the company's contact details or by logging in at the CODEWARE eshop.codeware.cz eshop in the user profile.
4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but personal data can be processed by the Administrators for Administrators as well: Transport and postal services for the supply of goods. b. Alternatively, other providers of processing software, services and applications that are not currently used by the company.
5. Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to: withdraw your consent at any time, ask us for information about the processing of your personal data, request an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data, request us access to this data to have them updated or corrected, to require us to erase this personal data, to contact us or the Personal Data Protection Office if there are any doubts about compliance with the personal data processing obligations.
