• The RFR811i type communicates only via RS-232 or USB-VCOM. When connected to a PC, it is automatically installed and appears in the COM port list in the Windows Device Manager. The basic communication parameters are 9600 baud, 1 stopbit, no parity.
• Only ISO15693 compliant cards are supported.
• The device operates based on commands from the parent system (e.g. PC). It is not possible to enable e.g. a continuous mode, where cards in range are always read and sent to the serial port.
• Reading, writing and other operations (sound settings, ...) are carried out using the commands given in the manual RFM811x-RFR811x-RFK811x_Control_command.pdf (see Downloads)
